Wellbeing Award for Schools

We achieved the Wellbeing Award for Schools in November 2021, in recognition of the care shown to pupils and staff and the provision in place to support mental health and wellbeing.

Triple P - Positive Parenting Programme

Triple P is one of the world's most effective parenting programmes. It gives parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children, and to build stronger family relationships. It also helps parents manage misbehaviour and prevent problems occuring in the first place. With more than 30 years of ongoing research, Triple P has been scientifically trialled with thousands of families around the world, and has been successful for most families within a wide range of cultures, countries and situations. Triple P has helped more than 4 million children and their families in 25 countries worldwide.

If you are interested in joining the programme, please speak to Mrs Cameron or Miss Moss.

Suffolk Young Carers

Young Carers are children from the age of 5 who are caring for someone in their family who has a physical disability, long term illness or problematic use of drugs or alcohol. Young Carers may be caring for, or supporting, a parent, sibling or grandparent. Assemblies are held in school to raise awareness amongst pupils.

Our Suffolk Young Carers advisor is Sue Garbett. Feel free to call her on 07557 039 234 if you would like an informal chat.
